My name is Taylor; I’m a Canadian teacher living in London, England with my Fiancé, Jonny. Although I am starting this blog in 2020 during the Covid-19 outbreak as a way to stay busy, my love of travel is not so superficial. My family instilled in me a love of travel since the age of 7, when my parents took a yearlong sabbatical to take my brother and I around 13 countries in Europe.
It was during this time that I really learned the value of experiencing a culture, rather than just seeing it. The locals take the train? We take the train. You need a haircut? Figure out how to ask for one in their language.
I love to travel and experience the world, and I’m lucky that I found a partner who is equally as passionate about travel as I am. This blog is going to be a place that I can put down my thoughts about travel and places I’ve got to experience. Hope you enjoy!
